Pre-Order Policy

If you are placing a PRE-ORDER with Chic2Chic please note the following:

• We only offer pre-orders from trusted vendors which usually guarantees the item, however, with pre-orders unexpected issues can arise. If for any reason the pre-order cannot be fulfilled a refund will be sent to the initial form of payment immediately.
  
  
• Payment for item is charged immediately to secure your spot.

• Pre-order may be canceled, by customer, at any point up until the time the order is placed with the Vendor. Once the order has been placed only a store credit can be issued.
