Please verify your shipping address BEFORE payment is completed.
Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you don't receive your item by the expected date via tracking, you are responsible for contacting your local post office.
You may see "pre-transit" on the tracking information. We can confirm the package was picked up at by the mail carrier from our shipping location. Unfortunately, USPS is a bit behind with scanning in packages when they pick them up. They should scan "acceptance" but often this step is delayed or isn't done at all. There are pretty slow updates to tracking information right now with everything going on in the world, but even though it says "pre-transit" we can confirm it has been mailed.
